FIXMEE Product Return Policy

We value your satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with your online purchase, we are happy to refund your purchase price if the return complies with our return policy. 

We accept returns for products purchased from fixmeebeautycare.com only. All returns are inspected upon receipt. Products purchased from fixmeebeautycare.com must be returned in new or gently used condition within 30 days from the date of purchase. 

*Refunds for returns received after 30 days are not guaranteed and will be made at the sole discretion of fixmeebeautycare.com. If issued in these instances, fixmeebeautycare.com has the right to provide the refunded amount in the form of an electronic gift card or a refund check. 

Returns will be processed within 3 business days of receipt at our warehouse, and you will receive a credit confirmation with your refund amount once your return has been fully processed.

DAMAGED ITEMS

When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping package to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the items(s) in your shipment, please retain the package, the packing materials, and the items inside and contact us as soon as possible. Orders are processed & shipped Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays in the United States. If your order is placed after the shipping cut-off time, it'll be processed the following business day. Our shipping departments are closed on the following U.S. holidays and orders won't be processed on these days:
